Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas:
Lyra Dela Vega offers FREE delivery services within a 25-mile radius of our shop located at Apex, NC 27539.

2. Delivery Times:

  • Deliveries are available Monday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 12:00 PM.
  • Special requests for deliveries outside of these hours can be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Delivery Fees:
Delivery fees vary based on the distance from our shop:

  • Within 25 miles: Free
  • 25–35 miles: $20
    For orders outside this range, additional fees may apply.

4. Recipient Unavailability:
If the recipient is not present at the delivery location, our delivery driver will:

  • Leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded location.
  • Contact the recipient or sender for alternative instructions.
  • Leave a note for the recipient with instructions for pickup or redelivery (additional fees may apply for redelivery).

5. Inclement Weather Policy:
In the event of severe weather conditions, deliveries may be delayed. We will contact you to reschedule or provide an alternative solution to ensure the freshness of your flowers.

 

Return and Refund Policy

1. Freshness Guarantee:
At Lyra Dela Vega, we take pride in providing the freshest flowers. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your arrangement, please contact us at info@lyradelavega.com within 12 hours of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

2. Returns:
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. If your order is incorrect or the flowers arrive in unsatisfactory condition, please notify us immediately with a clear photo of the arrangement.

3. Refunds and Replacements:
We are happy to provide a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • Flowers arrived damaged or wilted.
  • The wrong arrangement was delivered.
  • Delivery was not completed as agreed.

4. Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date will be fully refunded.
  • Orders canceled within 24 hours of the delivery date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

5. Non-Delivery Refunds:
If we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
